Research Information:

This is one of a group of tracings at BMAG illustrating and related to 'Pygmalion and the Image' as retold in William Morris' poem 'The Earthly Paradise'. This is a less detailed study than 1927P625. Galatea is shown standing beside a bed alcove, which is designed differently.
